SECTION 27-1-18

   § 27-1-18  Limited injunction withoutreceivership. – The court may also issue a limited or temporary injunction, staying proceedingsin any particulars and for any length of time as in the opinion of the courtmay be necessary for the safety of the public and the proper management of theaffairs of the corporation, without proceeding to the appointment of a receiver.
