   § 27-12.1-4  Confidentiality. – All financial analysis ratios and examination synopses concerning insurancecompanies that are submitted to the department of business regulations by theNational Association of Insurance Commissioners' insurance regulatoryinformation system are confidential and may not be disclosed by the department.
