   § 27-12.2-7  Administrative election ofproceeding. – Nothing contained in this chapter shall preclude the commissioner frominitiating proceedings against the insured under chapters 13 or 14.3 of thistitle or as permitted by law, regardless of whether the commissioner haspreviously initiated administrative supervision proceedings under this chapteragainst the insurer.
