§ 27-12-2 - Publication of abstracts of reports.
SECTION 27-12-2
§ 27-12-2 Publication of abstracts ofreports. – The insurance commissioner shall annually publish for distribution an abstractof the statements filed in the commissioner's office by all insurance companiesas required by § 27-12-1. The expense of publishing and distributing thoseabstracts shall be paid by the insurance companies.
