§ 27-14.3-14 - Decision and appeals.
SECTION 27-14.3-14
§ 27-14.3-14 Decision and appeals. –(a) The court shall enter judgment within fifteen (15) days after theconclusion of the evidence.
(b) The judgment shall be final when entered. Any appealshall be prosecuted on an expedited basis and must be taken within five (5)days of entry. No request for reconsideration, review, or appeal, and noposting of a bond, shall dissolve or stay the judgment.
