§ 27-14.3-63 Subordination of claims fornoncooperation. If an ancillary receiver in another state or foreign country, whether called bythat name or not, fails to transfer to the domiciliary liquidator in this stateany assets within his or her control other than special deposits, diminishedonly by the expenses of the ancillary receivership, if any, the claims filed inthe ancillary receivership other than special deposit claims or secured claimsshall be placed in the class of claims under § 27-14.3-46(a)(8).
