§ 27-14.4-10 Filing by claimants in thisstate against foreign insurer. In a delinquency proceeding in a reciprocal state against an insurer domiciledin that state, claimants against that insurer who reside within this state mayfile claims either with the ancillary receiver, if any, appointed in thisstate, or with the domiciliary receiver. All of those claims must be filed onor before the last date fixed for the filing of claims in the domiciliarydelinquency proceeding.
