SECTION 27-14.4-14

   § 27-14.4-14  Special deposit claims.– The owners of special deposit claims against an insurer for which a receiver isappointed in this or any other state shall be given priority against theirseveral special deposits in accordance with the provisions of the statutesgoverning the creation and maintenance of special deposits. If there is adeficiency in any special deposit so that the claims secured by the specialdeposit are not fully discharged, the claimants may share in the generalassets, but any sharing shall be deferred until general creditors, and alsoclaimants against other special deposits who have received smaller percentagesfrom their respective special deposits, have been paid percentages of theirclaims equal to the percentage paid from the special deposit.
