SECTION 27-14.4-16

   § 27-14.4-16  Attachment, garnishment, andexecution. – During the pendency of delinquency proceedings in this or any reciprocal stateno action or proceeding in the nature of an attachment, garnishment, orexecution shall be commenced or maintained in the courts of this state againstthe delinquent insurer or its assets. Any lien obtained by any action orproceeding in the nature of an attachment, garnishment, or execution withinfour (4) months prior to the commencement of any delinquency proceeding or atany time after this shall be void as against any rights arising in thedelinquency proceeding.
