§ 27-14.4-8 Filing by claimants inreciprocal states against insurers of this state. In a delinquency proceeding begun in this state against an insurer domiciled inthis state, claimants residing in reciprocal states may file claims with eitherthe ancillary receivers, if any, in their respective states, or with thedomiciliary receiver. All of those claims must be filed on or before the lastdate fixed for the filing of claims in the domiciliary delinquency proceeding.
