SECTION 27-16-2.5
§ 27-16-2.5 Exemption for Automobile clubservice. – Nothing in §§ 27-16-1.2 and 27-16-2.2 shall be construed to limit orprevent any automobile club or association from paying or agreeing to pay forthe services of an attorney as provided in § 11-27-16(a)(8), nor fromproviding or agreeing to provide or pay for its members' bail, towing, ormechanical road service.
