SECTION 27-16-8

   § 27-16-8  Time allowed before defaultjudgment. – No plaintiff or complainant shall be entitled to a judgment by default, ajudgment with leave to prove damages, or a judgment pro confesso under§§ 27-16-6 and 27-16-7 until the expiration of thirty (30) days fromthe date of the filing of the affidavit of compliance.
