SECTION 27-17-21

   § 27-17-21  Applicability of rating laws.– The provisions of the laws of this state regulating the making and applying ofinsurance rates and providing for the licensing of rating organizations as setforth in chapters 6 and 9 of this title and §§ 27-2-13, 27-5-1 –27-5-11 and 27-8-4 – 27-8-6 shall apply to reciprocal or interinsurancecontracts, but nothing contained in those sections shall be construed toprohibit the return of savings or dividends to subscribers or policyholders.
