§ 27-18.2-11 - Severability.
SECTION 27-18.2-11
§ 27-18.2-11 Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or the application of any provision to anyperson or circumstances is for any reason held to be invalid, the remainder ofthe chapter and the application of that provision to other persons orcircumstances shall not be affected by that invalidity.
