   § 27-18.2-8  Filing requirements foradvertising. – Every issuer of Medicare supplement insurance policies or certificates in thisstate shall provide a copy of any Medicare supplement advertisement intendedfor use in this state whether through written, radio, or television medium tothe director for review or approval by the director to the extent it may berequired under state law.
