§ 27-18.5-1 - Purpose.
SECTION 27-18.5-1
§ 27-18.5-1 Purpose. – The purpose of this chapter is, among other things, to insure compliance of allpolicies, contracts, certificates, and agreements of individual healthinsurance coverage offered or delivered in this state with the Health InsurancePortability and Accountability Act of 1996 (P.L. 104-191).
