SECTION 27-18.5-7
§ 27-18.5-7 Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or the application of any provision to anyperson or circumstances is for any reason held invalid, the remainder of thechapter and the application of that provision to other persons or circumstancesshall not be affected by the invalidity.
