§ 27-18.6-1 Purpose. – The purpose of this chapter is to insure compliance of all policies, contracts,certificates, and agreements of group health insurance coverage offered ordelivered in this state with the Health Insurance Portability andAccountability Act of 1996 (P.L. 104-191).
