§ 27-18-12 Less favorable provisionsprohibited. – No policy provision that is not subject to §§ 27-18-3 – 27-18-10shall make a policy, or any portion of a policy, less favorable in any respectto the insured or the beneficiary than the provisions of the policy which aresubject to this chapter.
