§ 27-18-23 - Severability.
SECTION 27-18-23
§ 27-18-23 Severability. – If any provision of this chapter, or the application of a provision to anyperson or circumstances, is held invalid, the remainder of the chapter, and theapplication of the provision to persons or circumstances other than those as towhich it is held invalid, shall not be affected by that invalidity.
