SECTION 27-18-26

   § 27-18-26  Physical examinations byinsurance company. – Any applicant for accident and/or sickness insurance with any company organizedor doing business within this state shall be provided, upon request, any andall medical reports by a physician or other medical personnel which wereperformed at the request or direction of the company. The reports shall only beprovided to a physician of the applicant's choice whether the applicantreceives a rating or rejection from a company, and the provisions of thissection shall also apply to medical examinations performed pursuant toapplications for an increase in insurance coverage.
