§ 27-18-7 - Third party ownership.
SECTION 27-18-7
§ 27-18-7 Third party ownership. –The word "insured", as used in this chapter, shall not be construed aspreventing a person other than the insured with a proper insurable interestfrom making application for and owning a policy covering the insured or frombeing entitled under the policy to any indemnities, benefits, and rightsprovided in the policy.
