§ 27-18-8.3 - Withdrawal of approval.
SECTION 27-18-8.3
§ 27-18-8.3 Withdrawal of approval. –After proper notice and a hearing in accordance with chapter 35 of title 42,the commissioner may withdraw his or her approval of any form approved under§ 27-18-8.1 if he or she finds that the form does not meet therequirements of this chapter. If approval is withdrawn, the form or rate shallnot be used in this state after the date of withdrawal.
