SECTION 27-19.2-11
§ 27-19.2-11 Application to subsidiaryentities. – The terms of this act shall apply to any insurer or health maintenanceorganization, or other entity involved in delivering health insurance, whetheror not organized as a nonprofit corporation, that is owned or controlled by anonprofit hospital and/or medical service plan, unless specifically exempted bylaw.
