§ 27-19.2-2 - Definitions.

§ 27-19.2-2 Definitions. – (a) "Affiliate" means an entity controlled by, controlling, or in commoncontrol with, a nonprofit hospital service corporation.
(b) "Health insurer" means an insurer defined in §27-20.6-1(1).
