SECTION 27-19-36

   § 27-19-36  Primary and preventiveobstetric and gynecological care. – Any insurer or nonprofit health service plan that provides obstetric andgynecological care for issuance or delivery in the state to any group orindividual on an expense-incurred basis, including a health maintenanceorganization shall permit a woman to receive an annual visit to an in-networkobstetrician/gynecologist for routine gynecological care without requiring thewoman to first obtain a referral from a primary care provider.
