SECTION 27-19-4

   § 27-19-4  Certificate of publicconvenience and advantage. – No articles of association of a nonprofit hospital service corporation shall befiled in the office of the secretary of state unless and until the insurancecommissioner has certified in writing upon those articles that he or she hasdetermined that public convenience and advantage will be promoted by theestablishment of the corporation.
