SECTION 27-2.1-2

   § 27-2.1-2  Review of application fee.– Whenever any foreign insurance company has made application to transactinsurance business within the state and the application is to be reviewed bythe insurance division, as a condition precedent to the review, the companyshall pay to the insurance commissioner a non-refundable fee of one thousandeight hundred dollars ($1,800) to cover the costs of the review by theinsurance division.
