§ 27-2.4-21 Regulations. – The insurance commissioner may, in accordance with Rhode Island law, promulgatereasonable rules and regulations as are necessary or proper to carry out thepurposes of this chapter including, but not limited to, prelicensingrequirements for applicants for an insurance producer license.
