§ 27-2-21 - Report and prosecution of violations.
SECTION 27-2-21
§ 27-2-21 Report and prosecution ofviolations. – The insurance commissioner shall report to the attorney general any violationof the provisions of this chapter that shall come to his or her knowledge. Theattorney general shall institute the proper legal proceedings, in the name ofthe state, against any person violating any provision.
