SECTION 27-20.6-4

   § 27-20.6-4  Failure to comply. – The failure of any insurer to comply with a written request for reimbursementwithin forty-five (45) days of receipt of the request shall result in theimposition of interest upon the amount of money due at the rate of one percent(1%) per month from the date the request for reimbursement was made until thedate payment is made.
