SECTION 27-20.6-6

   § 27-20.6-6  Rules and regulations. –The director of the department of business regulation shall promulgate rulesand regulations, using the NAIC coordination of benefits model regulations as aguideline, which shall address: (1) the necessity and/or reasonableness ofadministrative penalties by entities subject to this chapter; (2) otherprocedures which may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
