SECTION 27-20.7-14

   § 27-20.7-14  Annual report and filing fee.– (a) Each administrator shall file an annual report for the preceding calendaryear with the commissioner on or before March 1 of each year, or within anyextension of time for filing as the commissioner for good cause may grant. Thereport shall be in the form and contain any matters that the commissionerprescribes and shall be verified by at least two (2) officers of theadministrator.

   (b) The annual report shall include the complete names andaddresses of all insurers with which the administrator had an agreement duringthe preceding fiscal year.

   (c) At the time of filing its annual report, theadministrator shall pay a filing fee as required by the commissioner.
