§ 27-25-9 - Waiver.
SECTION 27-25-9
§ 27-25-9 Waiver. – The laws of the society may provide that no subordinate body, nor any of itssubordinate officers or members, shall have the power or authority to waive anyof the provisions of the laws of the society. That provision shall be bindingon the society and every member and beneficiary of a member.
