SECTION 27-29-4.6

   § 27-29-4.6  Reimbursement fee. – The director of the department of business regulation may assess an insurer forreimbursement of the department's actual expenses for the investigation andhearing of significant auto body shop matters relating to insurers. Inaddition, an assessment may be sought in the event that an insurer does notprevail after a final judicial appeal.
