SECTION 27-3.2-7

   § 27-3.2-7  Penalty. – Any person failing to meet the requirements of this chapter and who has notbeen granted an extension of time within which to comply pursuant to §27-3.2-6(c), or who has submitted a false or fraudulent certificate ofcompliance, shall, after a hearing, which hearing may be waived by that person,be subjected to the suspension of all licenses issued for any kinds ofinsurance, and no further license shall be issued to that person for any kindor kinds of insurance until the time as that person shall have demonstrated tothe satisfaction of the commissioner that he or she has complied with all ofthe requirements of this chapter and all other laws applicable to the license.
