§ 27-3.2-9 - Fees.
SECTION 27-3.2-9
§ 27-3.2-9 Fees. – (a) Notwithstanding any provision of the general laws to the contrary, there isestablished a fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per annum for the periodcommencing July 1, 2002, and ending on June 30, 2003, which shall be paid byall persons licensed pursuant to chapter 2.4 of this title, and shall bedeposited as general revenues.
(b) Notwithstanding any provision of the general laws to thecontrary, for the period commencing July 1, 2003, the fee shall be five dollars($5.00) per annum, which shall be paid by all persons licensed pursuant tochapter 2.4 of this title, and shall be deposited as general revenues.
(c) The fee for approval of a course or program to qualify asa course of continuing education shall be sixty dollars ($60.00), which shallbe paid at the time of application and shall be deposited as general revenues.
