SECTION 27-34-15

   § 27-34-15  Recognition of assessments inrates. – The rates and premiums charged for insurance policies to which this chapterapplies shall include amounts sufficient to recoup a sum equal to the amountspaid to the fund by the member insurer less any amounts returned to the memberinsurer by the fund, and those rates shall not be deemed excessive because theycontain an amount reasonably calculated to recoup assessments paid by themember insurer.
