SECTION 27-34-16

   § 27-34-16  Immunity. – There shall be no liability on the part of, and no cause of action of anynature shall arise against, any member insurer, the fund, or its agents oremployees, the board of directors, or the commissioner or his or herrepresentative for any action taken or not taken by them in the performance oftheir powers and duties under this chapter.
