SECTION 27-37-1

   § 27-37-1  Notice of cancellation. –No policy of group insurance issued in this state shall be cancelled by theinsurer unless written notice of cancellation is mailed to the group contractholder by certified or registered mail at least thirty (30) days prior to thecancellation date in order for the cancellation to be effective.
