SECTION 27-39-3

   § 27-39-3  Insurance benefits for thirdopinion. – If a second surgical opinion does not confirm that a proposed elective surgicalprocedure is medically advisable, benefits must be provided under the policyfor a third surgical opinion in the same manner as for the second opinion. As acondition of eligibility for a second surgical opinion benefit, the subscribershall notify the insured in advance to verify eligibility and compliance withthe provisions in this section.
