SECTION 27-4.6-12
§ 27-4.6-12 Notices. – All notices by the commissioner to an insurer which may result in regulatoryaction under this chapter shall be effective upon dispatch if transmitted byregistered or certified mail, or in the case of any other transmission shall beeffective upon the insurer's receipt of the notice.
