SECTION 27-4.6-13

   § 27-4.6-13  Severability. – If any provision of this chapter, or the application of it to any person orcircumstance, is held invalid, that determination shall not affect theprovisions or applications of this chapter which can be given effect withoutthe invalid provision or application, and to that end the provisions of thischapter are severable.
