SECTION 27-4.7-13

   § 27-4.7-13  Severability. – If any provision of this chapter, or its application to any person orcircumstance, is held invalid, that determination shall not affect theprovisions or applications of this chapter that can be given effect without theinvalid provision or application, and to that end the provisions of thischapter are severable.
