SECTION 27-4.7-14
§ 27-4.7-14 Notices. – All notices by the commissioner to a health organization that may result inregulatory action under this chapter shall be effective upon dispatch iftransmitted by registered or certified mail, or in the case of any othertransmission shall be effective upon the health organization's receipt ofnotice.
