SECTION 27-4-24.4

   § 27-4-24.4  Hearing on decisions ofcommissioner. – Any organization or insurer aggrieved by any order or decision of thecommissioner, or by any rule or regulation promulgated and adopted by thecommissioner, may, within thirty (30) days after notice of the order ordecision to the organization or insurer, make written request to thecommissioner for a hearing on the order or decision. The commissioner shallprovide a hearing and issue a decision in accordance with the AdministrativeProcedures Act, chapter 42-35.
