   § 27-4-24.5  Judicial review of orders anddecisions. – Any final order or decision of the commissioner, including any order made aftera hearing under the provisions of § 27-4-24.3 or 27-4-24.4, shall besubject to review in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act, chapter42-35.
