§ 27-41-19 - Rules and regulations.
SECTION 27-41-19
§ 27-41-19 Rules and regulations. –The director of business regulation and the director of health shall, afternotice and hearing, promulgate reasonable rules and regulations that arenecessary or proper to carry out the provisions of this chapter. Those rulesand regulations shall be subject to review in accordance with the provisions ofchapter 35 of title 42.
