SECTION 27-41-31

   § 27-41-31  Mammograms – Qualityassurance standards. – A mammogram eligible for reimbursement under § 27-41-30 shall bereimbursed only if the facility in which the mammogram has been taken andprocessed, and the licensed physician interpreting the mammogram both meetstate approved quality assurance standards for taking, processing, andinterpreting mammograms. The director of health shall have the authority topromulgate rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of thissection.
