§ 27-41-41 New cancer therapies –Under investigation. – Every individual or group hospital or medical expense insurance policy orindividual or group hospital or medical service plan contract delivered, issuedfor delivery or renewed in this state shall provide coverage for new cancertherapies still under investigation as outlined in this chapter.
